![]() ![]() This character is designed to have 100 in all skills, and 10 in all attributes, along with perks that will genuinely make your character stronger in combat. So, without further jibber jabber, here is the start of the guide. It is simply a base on how to max out your skills, and a good set of perks to get that help make the most of you maxed skills. It isn't meant to be perfect, and is meant to be tweeked to your discretion. The perks selected in this guide give you the most 'all around' damage, accuracy, ect. It accomplishes this by focusing on getting all your skills up to 100 by level 30, as well as maxing out your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. All this guide is trying to accomplish is to give you the best 'all around' character. ![]() You'll see in this guide that there are a couple perks that can changed or swapped based on your prefference, play style, ect. Each character can be tweeked with different perks to fit your specific playstyle. In reality, there isn't really a 'perfect' character in Fallout 3. The only reason I am placing this guide here is because it is actually pretty dificult to find a reliable guide on how to create a maxed out character for Fallout 3 on the internet. A link will be provided bellow to access his original text. It was, to my knowledge, compiled by Azylium on. I take no credit for any parts of this guide outside the following intro.
